Mums & Daughters Pilates
Starting on Monday 23rd September, 4-5pm and then weekly for 12 weeks. Pilates is a gentle way to get fit, and this FREE course, taught by a female instructor from Vivacity, gives you the chance to do it together!

Women on the Move
Supported by Lottery funding, we're now running our own women-only fitness classes, every Monday between 10-11am.
Let Yasmin guide you through a structured works-out, using a variety of different exercises to music.
A great way to start your week, get fit and make friends. Only £3 per session (payable on the day) or a bargain £10 per month (payable in advance).
Starting on Wednesday 9th October, 11am-12pm and then weekly for 8 weeks. A women-only course, taught by a female instructor, to start your fitness journey.
Gentle exercise sessions that will help you to get fitter, week by week. Run by Solutions4Health.
Pre-registration is required to attend this course. Call in at the Centre Office for a registration form.
